At Faith Temple Church, we believe children and teens are a vital part of the body of Christ, and our Kids Ministries are designed to help every age group grow in faith, friendship, and purpose. Through engaging lessons, worship, activities, and age-appropriate teaching, we create a welcoming space where young people can learn about Jesus in a way that connects with their hearts and their stage of life.

Sunshine Band: Ages 3–11

Our Sunshine Band is a joyful, nurturing ministry for children ages 3 to 11. In this fun and interactive environment, children discover God’s love through Bible stories, songs, crafts, games, and hands-on learning. Our goal is to build a strong spiritual foundation while helping each child feel seen, valued, and excited to come to church.

Chop It Up: Ages 12–18

Chop It Up is our dynamic ministry for children and teens ages 12 to 18. This space is designed for real conversation, meaningful connection, and practical teaching that speaks to the challenges and questions young people face today. Through Bible study, discussion, fellowship, and activities, we encourage students to grow in confidence, character, and a lasting relationship with Christ.

Together, these ministries help children and teens build faith that lasts, develop healthy relationships, and grow into who God has called them to be. At Faith Temple Church, we are committed to walking alongside the next generation with love, encouragement, and truth.

Children’s Church

Faith Temple Church Children’s Church is a welcoming, faith-filled ministry for children and teens ages 6–18. Designed to help young people grow in their understanding of God’s Word, this ministry provides a safe and engaging environment where children can learn, participate, and build a stronger relationship with Christ.

Children’s Church meets every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday during our morning service for 45 minutes, from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. During this time, children are led through age-appropriate Bible teaching, interactive activities, and meaningful discussions that help make Scripture come alive in a way they can understand and apply.

Our goal is to support the spiritual growth of every child and teen by creating a space where they feel encouraged, included, and excited to learn about Jesus. At Faith Temple Church, we believe children are an important part of the church today, and we are honored to nurture their faith as they grow.

At Faith Temple Church, our Small Groups are designed to help believers grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and stay connected to the life of the church. Whether you are looking for Bible teaching, prayer, fellowship, worship, or a place to serve, there is a group for everyone. These ministries create opportunities for spiritual growth, encouragement, accountability, and a deeper connection with God and one another.

Our Small Groups include Sunday School, Thursday Night Bible Study, 5 AM Prayer, Wednesday Noonday Prayer, Faith Connections, Choir, Ushers, Men’s and Women’s Groups, Chop It Up, and many other ministry groups. Each group plays an important role in strengthening our church family and helping people use their gifts to serve God and others.

What Our Groups Offer

Sunday School provides a strong foundation in God’s Word through teaching and discussion.

Thursday Night Bible Study offers a deeper dive into Scripture and practical application for everyday life.

5 AM Prayer and Wednesday Noonday Prayer create space to seek God together and pray for the needs of the church and community.

Faith Connections helps members build relationships outside the church and throughout the community through our Food Bank Outreach each Friday.

Choir and Ushers provide opportunities to serve through worship and hospitality.

Men’s and Women’s Groups offer fellowship, support, and spiritual growth tailored to each group.

Chop It Up creates a relevant and engaging space for youth and young adults to connect, learn, and grow in faith.

Through these groups, Faith Temple Church encourages every person to find a place to belong, a space to grow, and a way to serve. We believe that church is more than Sunday morning—it is a community where lives are changed, faith is strengthened, and disciples are made.
